Addiction not only causes damage to the person in it, but also the folks in their life. My daughter took a brave step and shared some of the things she dealt with while I was in my addiction. We all went thru so much, and I know you have too. You may be a teenager that has a parent battling addiction or you may be a teenager that is starting to fill a void with alcohol or drugs. I am here to tell you that there is HOPE for a better life. My daughter is here to tell you that you can experience joy again. Families can be restored. Relationships can be mended. All you have to do is believe they can!
