Friday Fish Night

Let’s skip the fish house tonight y’all and bake you some yummy fish at home!! No grease in the belly today!! The food you put into your belly directly affects your mood and how you feel. It’s crazy but so very true. Lil Babies I need you feeling amazing this year, so let’s take baby steps together to get you there. This fish recipe is super easy and super good!

Baked Tilapia-Bacon Green Beans-Rosemary Quinoa

Ingredients Needed:

4 Tilapia Fillets 1 lemon Olive oil Garlic Salt Basil

1-2 lbs fresh green beans Olive Oil Bacon Bits

1 box Rosemary Flavored Quinoa

Preheat oven to 350. Drizzle olive oil in casserole dish. Put fillets in fish and dash with garlic salt and basil. Slice lemon putting 1-2 slices on each fillet. Bake 15-20 minutes until done.

Cut the ends off all fresh green beans. Drizzle Olive Oil in a med size saucepan. Heat on med. Throw in a small handful of bacon bits with all green beans. Heat until desired softness of green beans stirring frequently.

Follow directions on the box of Quinoa – this is usually located in the rice section of the Wally World.

Now get those bellies full with some goodness!!
